Biography:
Sin With Sebastian, born Sebastian Roth in Germany, emerged from the underground music scene in the early 1990s. He achieved worldwide recognition in 1995 with the release of his debut single, which became an instant success.
Unusually for the 90s, this project was not a typical producer-cast endeavor. Instead, Sebastian Roth took charge of composition, production, and male vocals, while also performing on stage alongside a female vocalist for the female parts.
Female vocalists varied over the years depending on Sebastian Roth's living location. The first vocalist used for "Shut Up (and Sleep with Me)“ was called "Steve," and as she chose to remain anonymous in order to continue in her profession outside the music industry, another singer was used for live performances: „Donna Lynn Bowers.“
The most recent singer for Sin with Sebastian (Live and studio vocals) is „Jenny Viola Offen."
